It rents furnished rooms by the month, with a minimum contract of 6 months: size S of 22 sq.m. at THB 6,600, size M of 23 sq.m. with a 5-foot bed and a balcony at THB 6,700, size L of 27 sq.m. with a 6-foot bed at THB 7,200 and size XL of 35 sq.m. with a 6-foot bed, a dining table and a sofa bed at THB 7,700 a month.
