It rents furnished rooms by the month from THB 3,500 to THB 4,500 (standard rooms of 22 sq.m.), and also by the day at THB 500. Rooms have an air conditioner, a water heater, a wall fan with remote control, a 5-foot bed, a wardrobe, a desk with two chairs, a bedside shelf, curtains, a private bathroom and a steel sink with a shelf. Wi-Fi is free. Moving in costs 3 months: a 2-month deposit and 1 month's rent in advance. Water is THB 18 a unit (minimum THB 100 a month), electricity THB 9 a unit and the common fee THB 100 a month. Pets are not allowed.
