The near-rectangular land fronts roads on two sides. Its eastern and western sides are each approximately 45 metres wide, with a maximum depth of approximately 240 metres. Nikhom Road is described as a public asphalt road approximately six metres wide within an approximately twelve-metre right of way. Buyers should verify the survey, boundaries, road levels, access from both sides and suitability for their required truck size.
