It rents furnished rooms by the month, with a lower rent on longer contracts (1, 6 or 12 months; minimum stay 28 nights): studios of 18 sq.m. at THB 8,000–9,000, one-bedroom rooms of 26 sq.m. at THB 10,500–11,500, studios of 32 sq.m. at THB 15,000–16,000, one-bedroom rooms of 42 sq.m. at THB 15,900–16,900, one-bedroom suites of 65 sq.m. at THB 26,500–28,500 and two-bedroom suites of 70 sq.m. at THB 26,500–28,500 a month.
