Facilities, as the developer lists them: a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a sauna, a home theatre, a multi-purpose room, Wi-Fi in the common areas, key-card access, 24-hour security guards and 24-hour CCTV. The developer says the project is next to the Khlong Phasi Charoen boat pier.
