The Livin Phetkasem is a high-rise condominium by Risland (Thailand) at 689 Phet Kasem Road, Bang Wa, Phasi Charoen, Bangkok, between Phet Kasem Road and Khlong Phasi Charoen, next to MRT Phasi Charoen and Seacon Bangkae. Launched in 2019 and completed in 2023, it has two towers, Tower A with 32 floors by the road and Tower B with 33 floors by the canal, with 2,167 units and shops on about 9-3-85.6 rai.
