The Empire Tower, which its owner now calls The Empire, is an office tower with retail space at 1 South Sathorn Road, Yan Nawa, Sathon, Bangkok, at the Sathorn-Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra intersection. The building opened in 1999 and is now owned by Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC). It has more than 150,000 square metres of lettable space, split between offices and retail. It contains shops and restaurants, basement parking and a rooftop dining zone. A sky-bridge links the building to BTS Chong Nonsi, about 400 metres away, and to BRT Sathorn.
