Supalai Veranda Ramkhamhaeng is a condominium by Supalai on a long lot between Ramkhamhaeng Road and Hua Mak Road, Hua Mak, Bang Kapi, Bangkok, next to the Hua Mak Sports Complex. Launched in 2018 and completed in 2022, it has three towers on one podium: Tower A with 33 storeys by the Ramkhamhaeng Road gate, Tower B with 35 storeys in the middle and Tower C with 27 storeys by Hua Mak Road, with 2,073 homes and 25 shops on about 15-1-95.9 rai. Units: studios of about 28–30 sq.m., 1 bedroom of about 35–42 sq.m., 1 bedroom plus of about 42–44 sq.m. and 2 bedrooms of about 59–67 sq.m. Facilities on the 6th-floor podium and the roofs: an infinity-edge salt-water pool with a jacuzzi, a kids' pool with a pirate-ship theme, a fitness room and a yoga room, sauna and steam rooms, a jogging track, a basketball court, a playground and kids' room, a game room, meeting rooms, a co-working space, a sky bar and sky lounges with roof gardens. At ground level there are shops, a Tops Market and a community mall pavilion by the front gate; key-card access, CCTV, 24-hour security and parking for about 55% of the units. The common fee at sale was THB 35 per sq.m. a month. The SAT station of the MRT Orange Line, under construction, is at the Ramkhamhaeng Road gate.
