About this project

Modiz Vault Kaset-Sripatum is a condominium by AssetWise, in a joint venture with Takara Leben, on Liap Khlong Bang Khen Road (Soi Phahon Yothin 49/1), Lat Yao, Chatuchak, Bangkok, next to the Kasetsart University fence, launched in 2023 and completed in 2026. It has two buildings on about 5-1-42 rai: Building A, a 21-storey tower with 637 units, and Building B, a 7-storey pet-friendly building with 150 units along the road, with 11 shops. Every unit has 1 bedroom, of about 22–35.5 sq.m., either standard or two-level Vertical Suites with 4.6 m ceilings.
